Leadership
We practice a shared leadership at MCC: Joseph Rodriguez, whose calling and ministry birthed this local body is our lead elder among the other elders who share a common passion and vision for the Kingdom of God but at the same time have differing function and emphasis in ministry to the local church and beyond.

To share LIFE in Jesus Christ our community through worship, celebration, outreach, discipleship, and fellowship.
Our Foundational Beliefs
We believe in God the Father, Creator of all things.
We believe in Jesus Christ, God’s only Son. He was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin named Mary. We believe He was crucified, died, was buried, and rose from the dead three days later. He conquered hell, death, and the grave, and to those who believe in Him, He gives eternal life. He ascends to the right hand of God and has received all authority in heaven and on Earth. He will return to Earth in His own timing, to receive those who call upon His name. We believe that He is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him.
We believe in the Holy Spirit, the teacher of truth, the guarantee given by God to all who believe.
We believe that the Holy Bible is the inspired Word of God.
We believe that all Christians are ministers unto God and representatives for Him in all the Earth.
We believe the Church is the body of Christ, the bride of Christ, the family of God, the army of God, and is comprised of all believers.
We desire to worship God in spirit and in truth, individually and corporately, celebrating regularly with grateful hearts.
